JUDr. Michal Krnáč is a lawyer and founder of Krnáč, Končok & Partners, registered with the Slovak Bar Association since 2003, and an established European lawyer in Ostrava since 2013. He provides professional legal advice in both the Slovak and Czech Republics, drawing on the substantial experience he gained while a member of executive and supervisory bodies. JUDr. Michal Krnáč now provides comprehensive legal advice to key commercial companies.
He used to be a member of the supervisory board of Central Slovak Energy–Distribution, and is now managing director at the Slovenská poradenská spoločnosť, a.s., (SPS), Žilina airport and VS Investment a.s. He is also a member of the board at L&K Development a.s., and deputy chair of the supervisory board of Right Power a.s.
