JUDr. PhDr. Marek Prudovič
JUDr. PhDr. Marek Prudovič has been a part of our law firm, KRNÁČ, KONČOK & Partners, since 2020. He is also pursuing his doctorate in law and, starting in 2024, will serve as an external lecturer. During his law studies, he earned an honors master’s degree in media and communication studies.
Since 2021, he has served as a mediator listed by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. In 2022, he also became a lecturer for several accredited lifelong learning courses and actively participates in the mandatory training for mediators, organized annually by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.
In his professional practice, he specializes in commercial, civil, family, and financial law. Additionally, he has experience in intellectual property law and information and communication technology law.
During his studies, he was a partner and executive at an accounting and consulting firm, where he gained valuable experience in economics and accounting, as well as in marketing and management.
In addition to his practical legal work, he is also involved in scientific and research activities. He is the author and co-author of over forty academic and scientific papers, including one monograph, and has contributed to projects funded by VEGA and APVV.
