EXPERIENCE AND VALUES
KRNÁČ, KONČOK & Partners has been operating as a law firm since 2003. In its fifteen years of practice the firm has dynamically expanded its specialist and regional presence in several Slovak towns and abroad. We now provide our many domestic and international clients with advice in all legal areas tailored to client need from our head office in Žilina and our branches in Bratislava and Trenčín and by working closely with our partners in Banská Bystrica and Košice. Since 2013 JUDr. Michal Krnáč has also provided legal services in the Czech Republic as a European lawyer based at the Ostrava branch.
One of our great advantages is that we have partnered up with an advisory centre, Slovenská poradenská spoločnosť, a.s., (SPS), that further promotes the services we offer clients regarding tax advice, financial advice, auditing and accounting. Our law firm can also provide clients with the services of an insolvency administrator, or restructuring administrator and mediator. We also work alongside various other specialists – executors, notaries, translators, auction houses and experts in other areas – which means we are able to provide our clients with a high quality and comprehensive service.
Through this wide range of services, provided in collaboration with experts and specialists, we are able to offer both Slovak and foreign businesses the fully comprehensive service they require. We deliver services of the highest quality based on our many years of experience, and knowledge of the law and business environment.
“They are a reliable partner when it comes to legal advice.”
“They provide us with a comprehensive and professional view of the matter and are guaranteed to treat the client professionally.”
“They have a good insight into the complexities of development and industrial parks.”
