JUDr. Bronislava Krnáčová is a partner at KRNÁČ, KONČOK & Partners. Following her studies, she built a strong foundation in the private sector as a lawyer specializing in commercial, labor, and administrative law, later advancing in the banking sector, where she held the dual role of legal advisor and deputy director. Her expertise spans commercial, civil, and family law, and she leads seminars and training events across all areas of law for our clients and business partners. She also oversees professional development projects for our firm’s team, collaborating with academic experts and distinguished university lecturers from across Slovakia. Additionally, she represents our clients in the boards of various commercial companies, with a primary focus on large and small-scale development projects, as well as real estate management and leasing. For several years, she actively partnered with Centrum právnej pomoci (Legal Aid Center), providing family law assistance to individuals in financial hardship.
