Mgr. Kristina Decká, LL.M. has been a valued member of the KRNÁČ, KONČOK & Partners law firm since 2019. She specializes in civil, commercial, family, and criminal law, as well as debt collection. Additionally, she prepares documents regarding the legal obligations of commercial companies in areas such as protection against the legalization of income from criminal activity and registration in the Register of Public Sector Partners’. With her studies at a Czech university, she possesses extensive knowledge of Czech law. Mgr. Decká is also a dedicated member of the non-profit organization Rada pre práva dieťaťa (Council for the Rights of the Child) and regularly provides free legal consultations for citizens organized by the Slovak Bar Association.
