JUDr. PhDr. Marek Prudovič graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Trnava University in Trnava, where he is still studying as a PhD student in the field of law since 2020 and working as an external teacher since 2024. During his law studies, he also completed a master’s degree in media and communication studies at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Žilina.
He joined the team at Krnáč, Končok & Partners law firm in 2020, first as an associate and since 2024 as an attorney. Since 2021, he has also been working as a mediator registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic and since 2022 as a lecturer in several accredited continuing education courses. He also participates in the compulsory education of mediators announced by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic yearly.
In his professional practice, he focuses on the fields of commercial, civil, family, and financial law. He also has experience with intellectual property law and the law of information and communication technologies. During his studies, he was a partner and manager of an accounting and consulting company, thanks to which he also gained experience in economics and accounting, as well as marketing and management.
In addition to the application practice of law, he is also engaged in scientific and research activities. He is an author and co-author of over forty professional and scientific works, including one monograph. He has lectured at nearly twenty conferences at home and abroad and is a member of the research teams of the VEGA and APVV scientific research projects.
